I'd be very careful at this point. Make sure you have backups of any important data, just in case.

I'm thinking there might be some things to try...
1, go to the drive manufacturer's website and download whatever their diagnostic tool is. Use it to check the driver doesn't have any known problems, and if applicable, maybe there is a firmware update for bug fixes.
2, the drive might not be ready when the system wants to boot, although this is unlikely for a modern drive. For hard disks, some systems had a delay you can add to allow them time to get ready. If this setting even exists any more, you could try putting in a boot delay to the system.
3, if the drive is connected by SATA, try another cable, and/or another port.
4, I think the "delete everything" is formatting. For a SSD the best thing to do in that sense is called Secure Erase. You'll have to look up how to do it as it isn't easy. I'm not sure this would help, unless it indirectly resolves other problems with the drive. Try the 1st step above at least.

I'm glad that you were able to fix it!

The energy settings is a great catch. I didn't think about that.

eh for me these worked ( basically read all the posts above these guys are blessings)
    1. bios set optimzed defaults
    2. my bios set my ddr4 3200 on something like 2133 so i had to set this xmp profile so it can run on 3200
    3. haha look if ur energy settings on windows are normal not like dumb me

i solved it after that and i noticed that somehow (maybe i was it myself long time ago) i had eh energy safe mode on windows on. i did it in the same time as the optimized default one so i dont know which one of these but after i did both of these 1. optimized defaults in bios and 2. energy mode to normal settings in windows i have a normal score in userbenchmark i guess. everything performing now way above average

Can you give link for the Firestrike result?

Your proc is severely underperform, average result is 67%. Check the real time clock speed while gaming with software like HWiNFO or MSI Afterburner.
As for your RAM maybe you can try manually set it to 2400mhz in BIOS.

Yeah those are pretty low score for your system and i don't think 1x8GB is the cause of it. Report back the result with the new RAM kit.
This should be your reference score give or take 10%. https://www.3dmark.com/fs/17585456

PM me if you need extra help, i can remote to your PC and do some basic troubleshooting for you.

Did you enable XMP profile for the RAM? Is it actually running @3200mhz?
Frame drop will always be there in open world game when it try to stream assets.

I gonna need Graphic score, Physic score and Combined score instead of overall score to see which one is the problem. Overall score doesn't really tell any store other than telling your PC is underperforming.

Can you download HWiNFO and run it in Sensor mode and let it run in the background while you playing your game for 5mins or so? Then upload screenshot of the sensors for CPU frequency, GPU frequency, RAM frequency and VRAM frequency.

It's going to sound weird, but check for a BIOS update.

It looks like your CPU is stuck at a low clock speed.

When I first built my rig, I had a similar problem where the multiplier would get wonky on boot with an overclock, especially with Ryzen Master, which would make my Ryzen 7 1700 run around the same clock speed locked.

Definitely go into your BIOS and update it.

I think that'll fix your problem.

What have you tweaked in the BIOS?

    You can do that.

Honestly, I would at this point:

Uninstall Ryzen Master Set BIOS to Optimized Defaults Run Benchmark See if Results are the same
My experience with Ryzen Master wasn't great and I found it to be really buggy.

Can you check Task Manager what process utilizing that CPU?
Can you bench again with Discord off? Or disable Discord Hardware Acceleration.

Your RAM is running at 3200mhz so that's good.

iirc that turns of half the cores, so i dont see why you would even consider turnign that on.

find the cmos battery on the motherboard and take it out for a minute.
this should clear the bios settings.

germany.. the ram prices are actually pretty low. 16gb ddr4 3200 (2x8) for 80 euro will buy these now.
    thank you for the advice
