When I plug in my PC everything is okay this only happens with PS

There is no difference if download is running or not it always uses up all of the bandwith

Is there a way to split the bandwith so WIFI and PS4 gets the same?

Hello, I have already searched for solutions on Google, Lithuanian PC builders groups and etc. to no avail. Last month I got a long Ethernet cable that is connected to my Wi-Fi router and directly into PS4. All devices have a good connection with Wi-Fi up until I turn PS4 on. Then the speeds fall down drastically and I can't even scroll through facebook feed it is so slow. There are 2 photos: 1st one: WIFI speed on my PC when PS4 is off, 2nd one: WIFI speed when PS4 is on.
