Windows 8.1 is better. Whether you like it or not depends on your preference.

Your temps are fine we use C or Celsius, you were reading Fahrenheit. When looking at temps for PC parts the standard is Celsius. The reason your temps look really high is because Fahrenheit shows much higher numbers.

80 is to much on idle. Is the fan pulling air from the cpu heatsink or pushing it through?

I saw it as they where going to buy the Wii game and where taken in by the master-race and compelled to put it down and grab some PC stuff instead.

The main point to take away from that is that a soundcard doesn't make much sense if you have a DECENT on board. If your manufacturer cheaped out on it then you'll probably notice a difference with the soundcard.
 
However if you want to be reducing signal noise and all that jazz, why the hell buy a soundcard if you can get an external DAC in it's own little metal box with better performance for similar pricing? I don't think that's BS at all, that's just common sense.

Try stressing your cpu and check the frequency then. CPUs usually lower their clock to save power when idling.

I have iems that isolate really well, so i can have my music as loud as i want without bothering anyone. I have the volume pretty high, so that i don't hear outside noise. But still within comfortable levels. 

They didn't seem interested in android before microsoft bought them. I find that quite funny.
But if it's going to have some weird version of android that doesn't support play store, there is going to be even less apps than on WP.

You should be fine with just the 4pin for now, but if you upgrade your gpu you will need a new psu anyways. 

It will work if you just plug in the 4pin. I had it that way for a while, while i was waiting for a new psu. Didn't have any problems. 
Stil, it is probably a good idea to buy a nice high quality psu.
