  1. Speaking of consumption, I want to see how much my 2x E5-2667 v3 take. I open Prime95 and start the stress test. My UPS says 435W with peak 445W (idle = 85 W)
  2. I played a lot this game with my joystick Logitech. It's good And my others floppies.
  3. From Gigabyte website, it says HDMI 1.4b for your GTX 750 Ti 4GB. HDMI 1.4 support : 1920x1080 @ 120Hz // 2560x1440 @ 60Hz // 3840x2160 @ 30Hz // 4096x2160 @ 24Hz For your monitor ASUS 2560x1440 @ 165Hz, you need to upgrade your graphics card for to get up to 165Hz. Or you play at 60Hz with your GTX 750 Ti.
  4. For to use the data storage caches as RAM, use a SSD NVMe PCIe 4.0 x4 (7.8GB/s), same performance as DDR2 PC2-8000 But his health will not survive for long
  5. 18 fans ! On my PC #2, there are only 7 fans (1 for case, 3 for RTX, 1 fan per CPU and 1 fan for PSU). The fan for case is to extract the internal heat to the outside. The fresh air flows through from the front panel case (it's a very big case). And I don't need to turn on the heating radiator, it heats me enough when I'm near this case
  6. @LukeSavenije I'm surprised to read that my PSU is so bad. I bought mine in May 2018 and it turns 24/7 on my PC data storage without problem. And my PSU is plugged into my UPS (APC Back-UPS Pro 1200). Before, I bought Corsair VS350 PSU in March 2018 but this PSU got a problem to power my 9 HDDs (Sometimes, one to three hard drives shut down due to lack of power...). My PC never loads more than 130W and 85~100W averge for all days (I checked on my UPS display). When I changed from Corsair VS350 to Seasonic Focus Plus 650 Gold for to have more HDD power cables and it powers perfect my 9 HDDs without problem. And now, do I have to change my Seasonic Focus Gold for an other PSU even if mine works well ?
  7. But if you have a lot of HDDs and a lot of datas on every HDD. You have time to see the Windows 10 boot animation, even with your NVMe On my PC #1, Windows 10 startups about one minute because Windows 10 does a quick scan on every HDD to get informations. I can see LED indicator on every HDD during Windows 10 boot animation
  8. Use the research engine for to download individual on every website (nVIDIA, Silicon Image and Realtek). And drivers for Abit WiFi, you can to find it easy You can to use Abit website for to know the model chipset
  9. Try to find the fan for the northbridge chipset like it
  10. I bought them in 1995. I played it on my old Compaq 486DX4/100 It's version 5.0 for MS-DOS. The joystick is Logitech WingMan Extreme.
  11. 6 PC (3 for normal use [storage / gaming / TV] and 3 for collection) 5 Laptop (1 for travel and 4 for collection) 1 old PC tablet (for my old AGFA scanner) 2 old PC pocket (for collection)
  12. I don't have my dream for new phone and laptop. My old laptop ThinkPad T61p (Core 2 Duo T9500, 4GB RAM, Quadro FX 570M, 120GB SSD, 15" 1920x1200 display) is very enough for my travel. I don't play the game on my laptop, it's for to surf the Internet, to watch YouTube, etc. But I have my dream laptop : ThinkPad W701ds (Core i7-920XM Extreme Edition 4c/8t, 16GB DDR3, Quadro FX 3800M, 2x SSD RAID, 17" 1920x1200 + 10.6" 768x1280 displays, DisplayPort, Blu-ray drive) But it still is very expensive and very rare
  13. It's 3330 (upgrade from 3310) https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=192&idPhone2=239 I have my old Nokia smartphones : 6680, N97 mini, Lumia 820 and my favorite E90 Communicator
  14. Before 1990, I got my first computer for family when I was little child. It was a Macintosh because my mother was Apple & IBM seller. I didn't need to be tech for to use Macintosh because it was not difficult to use Macintosh. But in 1994, I got my first PC Compaq (for family too but it was me to have chosen the PC). My PC Compaq was running Windows 3.1 with MS-DOS 6.22. It's this time that I begin to learn a little bit for a few years before into tech (when I upgraded my PC Pentium II)
  15. Athlon X4 doesn't have SMT : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Athlon_X4 And for Bulldozer, it's same, not SMT but 2 ALU and 1 FPU per module. For 8 cores, it's for 8 ALU but with only 4 FPU. That's why give it 4 modules / 8 cores... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bulldozer_(microarchitecture)
