  1. Thank you soooo much! I just tried this and it does sound amazing.
  2. Running a game in 2k is not that noticable the bottlenecking, running it in 1080p that's a another story. Still, Im planning to upgrade to a third gen Ryzen, but that will happen until the end of the year, right now I'll like to upgrade the GPU. Any suggestion on the layout?
  3. Hey guys, I've been struggling on deciding my next upgrade path and it would be great to have you opinion, currently I have... MB - Rog Strix B350-F Gaming GPU - GTX 1080 Rog Strix Advanced CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 1600 RAM - Corsair Vengeance 16GB 3000Mhz CASE - Phanteks Eclipse P400s - (Front panel modded to improve airflow) PSU - EVGA 750W Platinum CPU COOLER - Dark Rock Pro 4 GPU COOLER - NXZT Kraken G12 + NZXT Kraken X52 What I want to upgrade is the GPU, to an RTX 2080 and I'm between these two... EVGA RTX 2080 FTW3 Ultra Hybrid Rog Strix 2080 OC If I go for the EVGA one, it would mean that I'll have to remove the Kraken X52 (240mm) from the front of the case and place the 120mm rad of the EVGA... OR ... Replace the Dark Rock Pro 4 with the Kraken X52 and place the 120mm rad of the EVGA at the back of the case. If I go with the Strix, I could either leave the DRP4 where it is and stick 3 fans at the front of the case to improve the air flow, or ditch the DRP4 and use the Kraken X52 for the CPU at the cost of airflow due to the front rad. So in summary... what do you think is the best? Fully Watercooled - EVGA Hybrid (back of case) + Kraken X52 (front of case) Partially Watercooled - EVGA Hybrid (front of the case) + Dark Rock Pro 4 Fully Aircooled - Strix + Dark Rock Pro4 Partially Wattercooled 2.0 - Strix + Kraken X52 (front of the case) Some notes... This build is only for gaming. 2k monitor - 144hz Butcher the Strix to attach the Kraken G12 + Kraken X52 is not an option.
