Yes they are interchangable, theyre both 12v + 5v. It's just a connector difference. In saying that though Molex to SATA is more common than SATA to Molex.

The good thing about going with a modular PSU is that you can swap out the cables. So Corsair for example do 4-way SATA and 4-way Molex for their PSU's. So instead of splitters, you can run up to 4 accessory cables  so you could do 4 x 4-way (16 connectors).

If you use just the cables that come with the PSU though, there are Molex splitters also such as: https://www.newegg.com/p/1W7-0022-00089

I use a Corsair RM850 in my main server. It's a bit overkill but it has a fairly standard number of SATA connectors.
I use a couple of these splitters to power everything: https://www.startech.com/en-nz/cables/pyo4sata

get yourself a cheap prebuilt with intel UHD 630 graphics or newer for around $200. if youre only looking for 2 bays, it should suit you fine and can even do 4k transcoding using quicksync. something like an optiplex 7060 or an hp. 2 bay NAS systems generally arent worth the price from what ive seen.

The only thing I can figure is it's just a dumb seller (or a seller hoping you're dumb). It's not worth $300 for sure. These are both from third party sellers, and it just seems one of the two is insane.

Yeah lol. I remember when literally every keyboard manufacturer came out with an RGB mechanical keyboard during CES when Cherry finally came out with a switch that had LEDs small enough to incorporate all three colors.

Honestly you should write a book lmao. the vocabulary you used in this captured my attention. But I definitely see what you mean. And for all the crap people give windows, I have to say. It just works. Its easy enough for anyone to use and as long as youre not doing anything crazy, its stable.

Personally Ive always been a fan of Corsair AIOs. Ive never had one fail me. Also, I would get a higher wattage Powersupply especially if you plan on overclocking your rig. go with a 600-750W psu. If you have the extra funds, get  a 1070 to future proof your build for a bit longer. But thats only if you can get the extra necessary funds. Other than that, It seems like a decent system.

Do you have any evidence to backup this claim? I've never had an AIO or Custom loop leak and it's much more rare for them to than you'd think. So unless I'm missing something about this specific AIO, I encourage Ink to go with the AIO as their first step into liquid cooling.

As for the system as a whole, it's well balanced however, I'd advise either getting a bigger SSD or dropping your HDD into the system as 250GB isn't all that huge considering how big modern game are getting.

A setup with moderate specs won’t experience any performance degradation when using multiple monitors.

not unless theyre high resolution monitors and you have an old card with 2 gb of GPU memory

Did you make sure to plug the Pump into a SATA power connector on your PSU? and also that you seated the cooler on your CPU properly?

Sure, I guess. It's kinda like buying a Steam key elsewhere and adding it to Steam I'd say. Not entirely the same but I think the analogy is sound.
You can still get pirated apps elsewhere or get cracked versions elsewhere. In this case, you still have access to the DRM-free GOG store if you want but Steam is the primary platform and you can now get Steam products elsewhere too. That's the gist of what's happening from what I can tell.
