Trying to decide which motherboard is the best option. All input and advice is much appreciated.

Would you think it would be wise to separate the two pcs by chambering the enclosure like have a wall down the middle? Also can yall send me links to the best cooling solutions in yalls opinions. I know this may start a war but i wanna see all options. Also I'm pretty sure I'm going to sure i want to do soft tubing to make cleaning the system and maintenance that much easier. All tips of any caliber are greatly helpful. I've built many pcs but never two in one or water cooling and I wanna do this right. I do have a C&C machine and a 3d printer for custom built parts.

I'm going to start building a desk case with the motorized legs and I'm planning on housing two separate rigs inside including a workstation and a gaming rig. I'm thinking about an i9 9900k for the gaming rig and a i9 9980xe for the workstation 2080 ti's for both rigs just one a piece. My question is about the water cooling for something this big i want the best water cooling solution i can come with up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
