So my psu may be going bad, I dont need more wattage? Thanks!

My computer will restart whenever I play full screen games and come to an intense loading or action scene. I can load into the games and I can play around fine in the menus and even in game, but once things start happening, it zaps off and reboots. This happens in Overwatch during some matches, in Fortnite when I drop off the battle bus, and in World of Warcraft when I load into a dungeon. It does not blue screen, it just restarts without any errors or notifications. A few months ago, I replaced one regular and one small fan with two regular-sized silent ones, I swapped an older 250gb drive for a 4tb drive, and I also played around with MSI afterburner for a better fan curve. But this issue started happening about 2 months after I did the upgrades/changes. After much hair pulling and diagnostics, drivers updated and seem ok, my ram seems ok, graphics card ram seems ok, my harddrives seem ok, MSI starts at boot and responds to the temperature changes fine (I use OpenHardwareMonitor to watch fan, load, and temps). My only other thought is that this could be a power supply issue? I included a current open hardware monitor reading at the bottom of the post. The temps of the PSU seem high, one sensor says 92 degrees C! The PSU fans are definitely blowing air. Since I bought it stock at the store, I've added two fans, one platter and one solid state drive, and a video card. This computer has run like a beast for years and I never had this issue. I could run 4 monitors at once with fullscreen gaming and fullscreen video playing at the same time. My next steps would be to reinstall windows, get rid of the 1tb drive, and boot off SSD to decrease my PSU load and possibly get rid of any incompatible drivers or bloatware. Any advice? Thanks!
