I bought it used from what i think was a miner, i knew what I was getting myself into. I am using the latest drivers 19.4.1 any drivers that are 17 + do the same thing but if I use the 16.5.2 drivers the problem is gone BUT with these drivers there is another problem where after a while my pc just crashes black screen and it puts gpu fans at 100%... If I turn on Vsync the stuttering is also gone but only if the fps is at 60 fps, anything above or under that couses the same problem.
Any idea if this could be fixed or is the gpu done for?
