  1. It didn't when I tried it on other computers
  2. I recently found out about this noise shortly after starting my new PC, I opened the back panel and tried to locate the source of the sound until I narrowed it down to the HDD. I went to the local store where I bought this HDD from to see if it would make the same noise on their computers but it didn't make any at all, it was dead silent.. What seems to be the problem here? Could it be from the power supply not providing enough power to the HDD? Thanks in advace, I look forward to hearing your thoughts! 20190708_003834_1_1.mp4
  3. Hi. As you can see from the title, I am struggling to find the perfect monitor for my new build, I will be rocking an RTX 2080 paired with the i7-9700k processor. I am looking into buying the ASUS PG279Q, a 1440p 165 Hz IPS monitor with 4ms refresh rate which is what is making hesitant about purchasing that particular monitor, I mainly play CS:GO, Rocket League, Overwatch, Arma 3 and Fortnite, and lots of other casual games such as GTA V etc.. Now I can either get a 1080p 240 Hz 1ms monitor or I can get a 1440p 165 Hz 4ms monitor. I really think the latter would be much better for my current system and I also wanna try 1440p since its currently the sweet spot imo. Only thing that is holding is the refresh rate between both of the monitors, is it gonna be noticeable when comparing 4ms to 1ms? Thanks in advance!
  4. I have never used Bixby ever since I bought my S9+, and till this day I have no idea what it is used for.
  5. I see, seems that I will be connecting the M.2 only just for windows installation then create a new volume for both the SSD and the HDD. Thanks for the help, really appreciate it!
  6. How can I differentiate between the two upon installing windows, lets say I want to install windows on the SSD, how do I know that it is the SSD and not the M.2 since they both have the same capacity?
  7. Title says it all. Also, does it matter which monitor I choose? I am going with the PG279Q Can you also stream on 1080p? Thanks in advance!
  8. Greetings, I hope you're all having a great day. I recently finished my first build and I am happy about the parts I picked. However, I have some concerns regarding the SSDs & M.2s, my drives for the build consist of 1 Samsung 860 Evo 500GB (SSD) & 1 Samsung 970 Evo 500GB (M.2). So, basically what I am hesitant about is the usage for both drives, I am planning to use the SSD for the OS and the M.2 for gaming purposes only as it has faster loading speed, but from what I have seen there is a slight difference between the SSD and the M.2 in terms of gaming, so would it better to use the M.2 for the OS and the SSD for gaming? I am okay with 5 seconds delay if that is the case. Thoughts?
