  1. In my PC i had a spanned volume composed of 2x6TB HDD and 2x4TB they where simple spanned drive, so on windows i see only 1 big 20TB (theoretical) I used the drive to store a backup copy of my blu ray (and to watch them without using the actual disk), so i just start to say there are not important stuff on them, i can redo everything again, but it took very long time. Everything worked fine since day1, running on windows pro x64 1909 I also had other drive plugged in the PC, like one M.2 for game and one HDD for work document. Now i had the (now i say bad) idea to format the OS, so i plugged in the windows 10 USB (made with windows media creation tool) and reinstalled the same OS (win 10 x64 1909), i have not opened the case and plugged/unplugged anything. Now i have my PC, with OS perfectly working, all disk present in same position BUT the spanned volume are gone. I attach 3 screenshot: - One is from Windows Disk Manager, it detect the 4 disk but say they are external dynamic with 0mb of space - One is from AOMEI DDM and it show the disk spanned with correct size (the total capacity is wrong at 36,96TB), is like if it detect they are spanned volume but on status show failed - One is from Acronis True Image (the software i use for daily backup), i tried to see if it detect the drive and it actually does, it detect the spanned volume, the correct size and what looks like a very plausible used space. Now i don't have the space to do a backup, but if it detect the dynamic volume, the space and the volume name i can think is not everything lost. There is some way to save the data on the HDD? I forgot to add i don't remember what program i used to made the spanned volume, but could be only Windows Disk manager (if it can do it) of the Aomei DDM
  2. Thanks, is the best option i found (i was also looking on using tablet as secondary monitor but they ask money). Since i'm in lockdown i had lots times to setup it and the result is this: Looks like it work only with 1s update time, if i set the minimum (which is 0,2s) it have lots of delay and don't regularly update but otherwise is quite good (not like my CPU temp)
  3. Thanks, i have download it and: https://blog.nzxt.com/cam-mobile-app-support-ending/
  4. I have my PC with the last version of MSI afterburner, and overclocked GPU. Sometimes use the rivatuner things to display some info about the CPU and GPU on OSD, and if i want to take a look at the graph i have to ALT + TAB every time. I also have an Android tablet laying around doing nothing. What i would like to do is having real time graph showing on my tablet, i don't need to have control of it, just having a game running full screen on my PC and the tablet for, sometimes, monitoring it. I looked on the web and found the MSI Remote Server and MSI afterburner app for android, but both of them looks outdated (the app is not even on the play store) and i was not able to configure them. There is some way to do something like this? My plan was to do this via wi-fi, i don't know if, as a last attempt, i could use the tablet as a secondary monitor and have the graph on it. I also have a second PC, low spec one, that if possible, i could use. Both PC run Win 10 Tablet run Android 9 (is a Galaxy Tab S4) I really appreciate if someone could help me.
  5. Hi everyone, i'm having a very annoying issue with my new GPU, but i start from the beginning: My PC is setted up this way (related to the topic issue): MOBO: Asus ROG MAXIMUS X HERO (WI-FI AC) GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 G1 From the GPU i have a DisplayPort output to a monitor (Samsung C49RG90) and the HDMI output to a soundbar (Samsung HW-MS550/ZF) SInce i found no way to use an HDMI as audio only i had the soundbar setted up as a secondary monitor with extended display setting. Everything worked fine for 1 month (date i bought the monitor) or so. For worked fine i mean i start the PC and it pick up the correct output for the actual screen and the other one for audio. Now i upgraded the pc with a 2080ti (Gigabyte GV-N208TAORUSX-WB-11GC) this GPU have a little weird output, it has 3 HDMI and 3 DP (and a type C). For what i understood it should have 1 HDMI, 1 DP and the type C always active, then is automatically choose if activate 2 additional DP or HDMI based on what is plugged in (i don't know how). Now to this GPU i have this output: DP1: Monitor (Samsung C49RG90) HDMI1:Soundbar (Samsung HW-MS550/ZF) Now, after this introduction, the most important issue is that the PC always set HDMI1 as a default output when booting up, and since HDMI1 is a soundbar i can't actually see nothing. I have to manually remove HDMI1 cable, reboot the PC and then, since there is only the DP i can see the desktop. With the previous GPU (1070) i did nothing to set up this system, i just plugged in the cable, set the first and second display on the windows setting (and automatically did the same on NVCP), now, with the new GPU, 2080ti, i have the same setting, same monitor as output one and soundbar as a secondary monitor but i can't get it to work. If i start the PC with only the DP and only after i plug in the HDMI i'm able to have desktop on DP and audio on HDMI. But reaching to the back of the PC every time is not a very healthy things to do...... Does someone have a solution for this? Also if someone know how i can decide to have 2 additional HDMI active (i mean with some sort of setting, not the GPU decision). P.S. If i set up the second monitor as duplicate i will loose HDR on the primary one
  6. Just ordered it from Amazon.it, can't wait :). Also planning to pair it with the new 2080ti super (if it will ever exist). I really would have liked a LTT review.
  7. Hi, it will be great if you do a review of the new monitor Samsung CRG9 series C49HG90. On paper looks the best 32:9 monitor: 5120x1440, 1000 peak brightness HDR, 120Hz (someone say g-sync compatible) But i can't find an actual review online, nobody...... I'm just waiting for someone to review and then i will buy it.
