My Fortnite Gameplay looks blurry when I put my hertz down from 244hz to 144hz Does someone know why? Thank you!

I still run more then 240 frames but why is it blurry still then

When I am shooting and flink It is not blured but when I am building editing and build fighting and once I disable gsync it is normal and motion blur is off

i5 9600k Asus gtx 1060 6gb MSI z390 gaming edge ac 16 ddr4 ram 3000mhz SSD 860 evo 500gb Yeah cpu new and ram and mobo but not ssd and gpu but wenn I get into the drive selection it also says it doesn't find a drive but in my bios it shows that my ssd is connected.
