My Fortnite Gameplay looks blurry when I put my hertz down from 244hz to 144hz Does someone know why? Thank you!

I still run more then 240 frames but why is it blurry still then

When I am shooting and flink It is not blured but when I am building editing and build fighting and once I disable gsync it is normal and motion blur is off

Since I have enabled GSYNC my fortnite looks very blurry when building. Does someone know whats the problem? Thank you !
