  1. Thx for ur help bro I think the issue was with the boot drive being old and cheap
  2. I have like a hundred usb things so maybe but how does that cause pcie issues
  3. Intel 660p boot drive, gigabyte Aorus z390 master, intel i9 9900k, rtx 2080 ti, 32 go trident z rgb ram 3200
  4. Hi so I built this pc 3 years ago and has never had any issues, but 2 days ago it started having this problem where it does not boot past the Aorus motherboard screen. I’ve tried removing cmos battery, clicking cmos button many times, restarted at least 20 times, turned off power supply, but still no luck. The motherboard has a error code screen which says b4. My motherboard is a Gigabyte Aorus Z390 master I’m pretty sure. Occasionally it will get to the windows logo after like 15 minutes too. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
  5. The intel 660p works well for me. The price is great too. Some people have problems with it but it’s works great for me, but obviously everyone uses their storage differently and stores different amounts of files on it, but I really like it.
  6. Oh and I forgot to mention, the motherboard I have has WiFi built into the mother board, but you just have to connect an antenna, not a big deal
  7. Gigabyte makes great motherboards. Choose one of their z390 motherboards. i have the gigabyte Aorus z390 master, but that might be overkill for your setup
  8. Evga says that the minimum is a 650 watt power supply. It might only draw 250 watts but evga says that it is the minimum for the entire system.
  9. I used to have the razer cynosa and it is really nice for the price. It has a numpad and you can change the lighting or disable it if you want. You can also change what any key does in the razer synapse software. It is not extremely loud but you can hear it when you press hard enough. It is 50 dollars (I would consider that cheap for all that it does) it worked for me great and I highly recommend it.
  10. That card has a minimum of 650 w power supply and it is not always good to go by the minimum. You should either buy a higher wattage power supply or tweak the settings of your components to make them draw less power. You should also see if lowering your graphics setting in the game makes a difference. Go into pc part picker, enter all your components and see what wattage you need. Hope this helped
  11. The reason I want to the the second card as my main card is because the fans have more access to air, or is that impossible?
  12. When I play games that don't support sli should I dedicate one to physx?
  13. I have two RTX 2080 Tis Should I do SLI with both of the cards or dedicate one of them to physx?
  14. So I just built my pc and have been playing battlefield 5, but for some reason the dxr Ray tracing setting is just not showing up for me in the graphics settings (yes I checked advanced settings, it does not show up in either) My drivers are up to date and windows is also up to date. specs: Graphics cards: Gigabyte Aorus GeForce RTX 2080 Ti XTREME (sli) cpu: i9 9900k (not overclocked) cpu cooler: nzxt kraken x72 mobo: gigabyte Aorus z390 master case: nzxt h700i Ram: 32gb Gskill trident z rgb ddr4 3200mhz (4x8) psu: Corsair rm1000x
  15. So I am trying to change the speed of my case fans so that my two 2080 tis can get more fresh air, ive tried speed fan but it did not work, the fans are connected to the included fan hub in the nzxt h700i, but i could change it to the fan headers on the mobo. Would changing it to the headers on my mobo work do you think? thanks, cheeze
  16. So i have 2 2080 tis and when I play a game like battlefield 5, card number 1 is getting about 80-85 c, and i thinkk thats normal (other card does not do anything because bf5 doe3s not support sli), but when a fire up a very light game like roblox (dont judge), my temps are still in the 80 range, is that normal?
  17. So recently ive been experiencing abnormaly high gpu load, I was playing anthem on ultra settings, gpu load was in the 90%s, and I have 2 cards, the other was at 15%, as the CAM software from NZXT says, then I put down the settings all the way to the lowest, now the load is in the 80%s, is this normal? BTW, sli IS turned on Here are my specs: Case: NZXT H700i CPU: i9 9900k (not overclocked) CPU cooler: NZXT kraken x72 Graphics card: Gigabyte Aorus GeForce RTX 2080 Ti XTREME (not overclocked) (x2) Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Z390 MASTER Ram: G.skill trident rgb 32 gb DDR4 3200mhz (4x8) PSU: Corsair RM1000x
  18. I am looking to put this M.2 SSD https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GCLLKDC/ref=ox_sc_act_title_17?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 into this motherboard https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16813145089?Item=N82E16813145089 First, will it work in the motherboard? I see that the connector on it has 1 short row of pins and 1 long one, but ive seen that other m.2 drives have 2 short rows of pins on the sides, and 1 long row in the middle. (see picture) Second, is it good ssd? I am interested in this cause its on sale, and it is faster that the one I was originally going to buy sorry if this is a stupid question, this is my first build thanks note: the picture below is not the actual ssd, it is just to show you the connectors
