  1. wow. looks like a powerful program but seems overly complicated to me. may give it a go, though. thanks!
  2. Hello Guys Any recommendations on a solution that'll allow for the remapping of the F keys on a generic keyboard as a keyboard macro? Ie; when i press "F3", i'd like it to automate the key sequence "HELLO_EXAMPLE" Appreciate the help! Thanks
  3. Thanks for that information, Jarsky i had a look through my Modem's GUI. Its running PPPoE. I cant see any option to change the mode of the modem to Bridge or Half-Bridge. Perhaps this setting would be in and applicable to the new WiFi Modem i chose? if so, i better make sure this feature is available?
  4. Hi All Its time to upgrade my Combo ADSL Modem, Router, WiFi unit. its a Netgear N600 Looking at some of the great options out there, they dont seem to have built in ADSL Modem If i was to buy one of these WiFi Routers (without inbuilt modem) how do i go about; Using my N600 as an ADSL Modem Only - bypassing existing functions such as routing, DHCP, VPN Passthrough, Port Forwarding functions, etc, etc. connection layout and setup of new WiFi Router to provide all functions PS: i wish not to upgrade to a new combo unit with ADSL modem as we (australia) are rolling out a new network Thanks all
  5. Pitty that the bottom row keys arent standard size for those to like to replace keycaps. i hope they keep it as a TKL + TK design.
  6. yeah browns are a good place to start. theyre bloody light as though and the tactile point is barely noticeable. they might be noticable if you type 10WPM, but at say 80WPM or higher i cant feel it.
  7. after owning various Cherry mechanical keyboards, none of them feel like a membrane keyboard. the ones with tactile feedback (browns, blues, clears, greens, white) have their notch near-halfway down the stroke, whereas its at the very start of the stroke for membrane keyboards. the Tactile feel of both are very different, too. I personally like the feel when the rubber dome collapses vs the grainy bump of cherry switches. in terms of weight, i think Cherry Clears or Greens feel as heavy as membrane keyboards.
  8. pretty sure ive tried all the drivers from 14.4 onwards.
  9. Hi I've had this ongoing issue with getting my third monitor to work with AMD Drivers versions 14.4 and above i don't use eyefinity. 3 monitors are for productivity Asus R9 290 DC2 3x Dell U2412m 2x DVI Connection, 1x Native DP Connection Currently using AMD Driver 14.9. Two of the monitors work with the third in sleep mode the only way i can get all three to work is with AMD Driver 14.3 and below. However this driver causes many bluescreens when launching flash video please help?
  10. Oh? thats nasty. my mileage shows otherwise. maybe australia gets the good batch, the ones that are made straight after the cleaners come in at night. We do pay 10-20% more for everything here!!
  11. you'll need to give it more thought What you said above sounds like the motive or the drive u have to do this. but there are so many questions that you need to ask yourself. Even if you become really good at doing what you've described, it takes a lot more to take what is essentially a paid hobby and turn it into a business. Google: "starting a business checklist"
  12. Seagate constellation drives. its what HP rebadges/certifies/OEMs for their SATA based Servers.
  13. i just moved from my dual dell u2713hm and picked up three used U2412m just what i wanted. bingo!
