    You should be getting more than 70fps at 1360x766 resolution with a GTX1060.

    Where is your monitor display cable plugged in to? The back of the motherboard or the back of the graphics card? If it's plugged in to the back of the motherboard it will be running off the integrated vega graphics of the Ryzen 2400G instead of the graphics card. Could explain your performance issues.
