got the software just don't understand what to look for in it

is there a way to know wether the GPU is good hardware wise by using a software ?

i tried that it got worse MUCH worse

yes it's a single stick of 8Gb ... i thought it would be enough ..isn't it ?

the display is in the GPU not in the motherboard i made sure of it

So i built a budget gaming rig about a few months ago and now i feel like the GPU is clunky, here's the build : B450 M-HDV MOBO AM4 CPU socket AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon VEGA Graphics An 8Gb RAM stick GEIL EVO 2400MHz GTX 1060 3Gb GPU Windforce WD caviar blue 1Tb 7200RPM PSU Smart power 400W 80+ Bronze To be exact i'm having issues with a game called Path of Exile, it has a lot of graphic changes -see photo- and when those changes happen i get acute FPS drops from 70 FPS to 25-ish and that's with Vsync deactivated. I'd like to know if the problem is in the GPU or some other component is bottlenecking it. PS : i have a mediocre screen -RES 1360 * 766 - PPS : if you have any tips on how to make the rig better please fire away i'm very new to this world.
