Ryzen 3000 works in my mobo?

I've got a MSI Z270 SLI PLUS. To be honest, i dont want to upgrade this mobo, its barely been used and was surplus to crypto mining The CPU i have is garbage, like G4400, its actually worth like 10 bucks, which is why I can't live stream. My question is, can i put the 9th gen I7 into my mobo without issues? https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/z270-sli-plus.html something around this spec is fine.
