Just wanted to see everyone’s opinions of these two laptops, for performance, build quality and reliability. If anyone knows any down sides of either all please say as I am debating between these two laptops.

Hello all, from my previous posts on this topic I have narrowed down a laptop which has been recommended. The Dell XPS 15, I am not to sure what configuration to go with and another user also recommends using HIDevolution. Would it be possible if you could give me any views or recommendations on these specs. HIDevolution: Config 1: £1,349.73/£1,157.37 7th Gen i7 7700HQ Quad Core 2.8GHz GTX 1050 (4GB) 8GB Ram 256GB SSD - Upgraded Cooling - Thermal Grizzly (CPU + GPU (£76.14)) - Display calibration (£40.08) Config 2: £1,363.64 8th Gen i7 8756 2.2-4.1 GHz 6 core GTX 1050TI (4GB) 8GB Ram 256GB SSD - Upgraded cooling as above and display calibration 6-cell Lithium Ion (97 wHr) Dell: New 2019 model £1,499.00 9th Gen i7 9750 - 6 Core GTX 1650 (4GB) 8GB Ram 256GB SSD Standard Cooling *3-Cell 56WHr Integrated Battery* I have also heard about the Dell G7 but I am not sure. Also not sure if I need the display calibration or minimise dead pixels (optional services from HID) I will be using the laptop for work/college and gaming. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

What are everyone's opinions on these laptops? And which one is the better laptop to go for? (Video editing, light gaming and general use) Also Raser blade 13 Vs Raser Blade 15

Sorry, I'm not too fussed on max weight, I'm not too sure what's considered heavy. But a weight where I am comfortable carrying it around all day. Battery life minimum of 6/7 hours?

UK, around £1000 (can be slight flexible), ideally lightweight. Good enough battery to last the working day.

Hey, sorry if this is posted in the wrong place. I was wondering if anyone could help me, I have tried doing my own research into this but haven't really got anywhere. I am looking for a laptop which I can use every day in college as well as play some games. Not AAA but more ESports type of games. I am also looking for one to be powerful enough for photo/video editing. I don't want it to be too heavy or bulky, just a nice size for everyday use. Does anyone have any suggestions?
