I am using an MSI GS63 7RDX laptop for gaming. It has a GTX 1050 paired with an i7 7700HQ. When I was running Battlefield V on it, I suddenly started to notice a lot of stuttering. So' I opened XTU and noticed that my CPU was Thermal Throttling. While my GPU temps were completely normal.
To solve this I downloaded some top i7 7700 HQ XTU profiles. But they didn't work at all and my system freezer upon applying them. Although I got a profile working, there wasn't any difference in my benchmark score. Why does this happen? And anyone has a fix for aforementioned battlefield V issue. ( Except for Repasting).
P.S:- My laptop is above one and half year old.
