Can anyone confirm that those 2 are compatible ?

I understand, so build quality, good keyboard, Good QA - Some 2070Q based ones are 10 month-1 year old and you guys may have info which already started to show some quality issues. That's why I'm asking. Also reading reviews and feedback but they mostly are biased and most time cannot be trusted.

Battery life, anything about 3+ hour is more than enough. as for weight 3.5kg and below is okish.

Will order from US. Portability is factor but no deciding factor but second important. Asus Zephyrus S Ultra and ROG Strix Scar III looking now to those, which is more reliable ?

Also 16GB mem, 24/32GB would be preferable. Please recommend models.

2000$ max for MB + MEM + Storage and CPU + Cooling

So my current PC is: Corsair X850 PSU 6700K @ 4.01 32GB RAM 2 SSD, 2 HDD 1080ti Will use mostly for work (Game development, VR) and Gaming. Want to make upgrade in near future. Memory 32 BG is enough (although when building light for large scenes rarely almost hit limit), 64 GB may be optional. More cores will be useful for importing large projects ( some now takes 1 hour+ ) and shader/light rebuild etc. Also more faster storage, M2 ( is PCIE4 worth to move now ?) As I understand GPU upgrade makes no sense at this point. Also need lots of USB ports for VR and various devices. Currently using 2x 10 port hubs. So what options would you recommend? Would be good to have field tested part list (including cooling, although not a big fan of water cooling) Thanks in advance!

Does it make sense to switch? Performance gap is small now. Do you think it will get bigger in future? Ray trace still have long way ahead to mature. Is there anything I am missing?

I assume it will be noticeable when compiling tons of shaders and opening large projects. Cause right now it HUGE between M2 and SSD.

So all X570 require fan? I recall several models from Cebit with only passive cooling, or those were water cooled? I want to get X570 as solid foundation for long time, also PCI ex 4 may come handy in future.

There so many new X570 MBs out there. Only fear I got is those small fans on most of them. Have you guys already tested? How is the noise levels? What is best MB for 200-250$ range best with all passive cooling?

So I got 4 pin momentary switch. I need advice on wiring. So I need to connect 12V from molex to red and blue(ground) to light up led and Power Switch from MB on No1 and No2. Am I correct ? SOLVED - Connected as suggested work fine !

Yeah collecting data using OpenHardwareMonitor and sending over serial port. Arduino just outs analog and scales data a bit. Also powers up leds and changes color by current input. Good tip about nano thanks. p.s. Is it safe to power Arduino from 5V molex ?

First Arduino based mod prototype is ready. Now add leds in meters, design faceplates and assemble for case front face !

So there are no direct solution for that without Programmable board. If you have some step by step guide really appreciate link. Got some experience with Arduino as well.

Want to add extension cables for GPU and Motherboard. So from PSU specs it have 16 AWG. Looked few extension cables at amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073W77TRM And they are 18 AGW. Will there be problem to extend like that (16 ==> 18 AWG) ?

In this video case have analog voltmeter in front. Is there a guide how to make it ? I have main monitor hooked on DP and 4K TV on HDMI extender cable and to another cable to TV from PC. I noted if I turn off TV sometimes after turning on, TV is lost and only static shows up on TV screen. Only “fix” I noted is to disconnect extender HDMI cable and reconnect again and TV is detected afterwards. Is it soft bug (Windows 10) or HW (1080 ti), Cable? Can this be fixed? Thanks in advance.

Yes on 2 different PCs. Dead is it. Cleaned up old Thermaltake toughpower 750 from dust and wired somehow ( many different adaptors used) it is holding so far until replacement arrives.
