Your Motherboard might be screwed bro. Try making sure all your Power cables are properly inserted and nothing is loose. Also make sure every piece of hardware in your PC is connected properly and not loose. Honestly it sounds like you've sustained motherboard damage. If so, You will need a whole new one.

I think so yes, Ive had Obs Studio on another PC and same settings, everything worked fine. Also, Obs studio records anything else perfectly without going fullscreen but when I do fullscreen nothing but Darkness.

Is it possible to copy drivers from one Windows 7 installation to another without having to boot into the other drive? Even if It means overwriting or having missing drivers. I had Win7 on an Intel build, Now I have AMD (desktop) on windows 7. (Had to fresh install a slipstreamed iso with the Mouse/keyboard drivers cause they dont natively work on win7 if you have AMD). Or, Is there any way to install the AMD usb support drivers onto that installation of windows but, from a different OS? I have a lot of programs and VST plugins on my other drive and I would hate to have to reinstall them all.

I have a radeon Rx580 4gb on Windows 7. Obs Studio literally will not record anything fullscreen. However, Radeon ReLive records Fullscreen. Anyway to fix Obs Studio so that my Rx580 will actually work? I doubt there is considering its Radeon.

Can anyone help me get Black Ops 3 working for the Msi Rx 580 8 GB ? I've tried so many different updates and settings. On windows 10 the Treyarch intro comes up and after that the game doesn't even launch. On windows 7 I don't even get that far. I get an error code 0x0000142. Ive tried all the Radeon settings. Ill include a screenshot my current settings and versions. Ive tried reinstalling Black Ops 3 on Windows 10 and Windows 7. Can anyone tell me the correct Visual C++ redistributable to get for Bo3 as well. Including Updates and Service Packs. If not, If YOU have Black Ops 3 then list me ALL the C++ redistributable on your PC. Msi rx580 oc 4gb 8gb of RAM AMD 1400 at 3.6 ghz Windows 7 and 10 dual Booted.
