I don't have v-sync enabled and I can tell its not on because I get around 100fps. As for the PSU, do you think that the card isn't getting enough power and that's the reason it is underperforming?

I got my Vega 56 about a year ago and it has always underperformed on benchmarks and games but I always got more than 75 fps so this wasn't a huge problem for me (my monitor only has 75Hz) but now I want to upgrade my monitor but there is no point if I cannot get high enough fps to take advantage of it. I only get around 100fps in CSGO and 50fps on Rust medium settings while my friends and benchmarks say I should be getting much higher. Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated. (I have already uninstalled and reinstalled graphics drivers and they are up to date) Specs GPU - MSI Vega 56 8gb CPU - Ryzen 5 1600 Ram - 16gb 3000 MB - Gigabyte AX370M-DS3H PSU - EVGA 450 WATT 80 PLUS POWER SUPPLY

I recently bought a 500gb Samsung 860 EVO and was having a difficult time getting the OS from my HDD to the SSD. Samsung Magician doesn't seem to be able to migrate the OS so I followed this tutorial, I transferred all the data, then set the SSD to my boot drive in bios but I keep getting an error saying "Reboot and Select proper Boot device". If someone knows how to fix this error or a better way to migrate my data and OS I would be very grateful, thanks.

I have a Ryzen 5 1600 and recently found a good deal for 32gb of ram, but will that much ram bottleneck my CPU? Thanks

My PC has 8gb of ram and a ryzen 5 1600, will either of them bottleneck the card and if so what should I replace them with? Thanks
