So my friend recently built his first computer, everything went well and it booted first try.
It's a Ryzen 7 3800x CPU, on an Asus ROG STRIX X570-F Mobo with an Asus RTX 2070 Super 8gb GPU in it. For some reason there are certain games which he gets noticeable frame drops in, What could be the cause of this? Bottlenecks or?

Edit: Forgot to mention that the CPU(when in a game) is at like 50% and the GPU is around 1-10%.
Edit2: He tried to switch the slots of the two sticks of ram and now it seems to be running better
