Hi all, for some reason I cant seem to overclock my RX580 when it's in the performance bios mode. Is this normal? More specifically, I can't move the core frequency or voltage numbers. Tried it both in MSI afterburner, and in AMD radeon software, but in both programs it jumps back to the default values after I press apply. quiet bios works fine, but it only allows 20% power limit increase for example instead of 50%. Tried uninstalling stuff with DDU in safe mode, and reinstall the drivers, nothing changed. Is there anything I can do?

Hey everyone, Im in the process of building my first pc, and i really want to mount my gpu verticially. The problem is that i pretty much ran out of budget, and pci-e risers and vertical mounting brackets are unreasonably priced. My question is: Can i use these cheap pci-e risers, and are there any drawback to using them other than visuals. Thanks for the replies in advance.
