So I today I got myself a new phone from the land of Ebay. I purchased an unlocked Samsung S8. The phone when arrived worked and looked great. I decided to factory reset the phone as thats just good policy when you buy used electronics online. When it rebooted it threw up a massive ghost image of what appears to be youtube. I had not opened youtube on this phone yet and the phone didnt have this ghost image until I factory reset. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to fix this. I have already reset multiple times, cleared cache, cleared everything I could. Im assuming its fixable due to the fact that it didnt come like this and somehow factory resetting it caused the problem. Any advice would be welcome

Hey so I have a spare computer that I want to use as a server but I dont know where to start. I want to utilize my Intel phi 5110p that I have, for computing but I cant find jack shit on how to use it, I have all the compatible hardware for it to make the phi work but I still have no clue what to do . I want to use it for hash cracking/ AI learning. Any advice would be appreciated. I will be checking back here regularly for updates

Youre currently running on ancient hardware, I would not buy any "new " parts for your pc, I would straight up just buy a new computer. an i7 920 wont run anything modern videogames or most work programs . you could go a $750 budget build and get a new system entirely. but whatever you do. dont buy a 1660 for an i7 920

hahaha. well if you try hard enough, you will find something that will let you have winders for free. Plus microcancer is moving to get everyone to almost a subscription like state with OS where its "pay $5 for this super duper security update AND WE GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER" its stupid shit like that is why im never going to pay for an OS. If the creators of an OS are in my favor (none so far) then ill be happy to give them some of my hard earned money, but you cant expect someone to pay for something that works like 4chan collectively.

youre gonna want to remove the files and clean the drive then 2nd option. for future i recommend that you dont torrent and if you do, delete the .dat files and any other file that isnt the thing you want to download, if you want "harry potter ebook" and it comes with "harry potter ebook, memes.png, readme.txt, system.info, notmalware.rar" delete everything except your harry potter book. chances are you just deleted the malware itself as re encoding a file to have malware in it is a bitchhhhhhhhhhhh.Also get better antivirus, I recommend norton, MBAM, or bitdefender. all 3 work pretty well. although I do NOT recommend using more than one antivirus as that just uses system resources and will throw false positives left and right
