  1. I'm sure the BIOS isn't the problem. It goes through the checks, then it coming up with the black screen starting windows. But it takes around 1 minute and 30 seconds for the windows flag to show, then it boots fast. Thanks for your fast replies.
  2. I have had my SSD giving me slow boots since I first bought it. At first I was like it doesn't really bother me, but know I just bought a new 2TB drive and went for a complete re-install to see if i could fix the problem and to avoid any issues. But my slow boot times are back, and I've looked online but I cannot seem to find a solution. Even when I disconnect my storage drive its still slow. The problem is the windows flag takes around 1:30 to finally start, then the computer boots really fast which suggests something is stopping it. Also If i turn my PC off when it boots and then turn it back on, the boot time is very fast. I don't want to turn my pc on, then off, back on just to get the SSD performance i bought it for. I've done all the usuals like update AHCI drivers, priority boot and still no luck. PLEASE HELP
