1. Budget & Location: Located in US and my budget is $300 to $500
2. Aim: Moderate gaming, Graphic Design Professionally, and 3D rendering as a hobby
3. Monitors: 2 monitors, 1-4k and the other is 1080p. I eventually plan to upgrade the 1080p monitor.
4. Peripherals: already own
