The lights on the card are on, so it is getting powered. Like I mentioned, my buddy had the card in his system when I went over there and booted up modern warfare. Is it possible something happened to my mobo when I took out the 2080ti months ago?

9900k Gigabyte 390 Designare 2080ti This is so dumb. So a couple weeks ago I had an issue where my computer wouldn't show the motherboard splash screen, meaning I couldn't get into the BIOS. If I spammed the DEL key my monitor wouldn't display anything and eventually go into sleep mode and if I did nothing, I would boot right into windows and otherwise function properly. I needed to change some things in the BIOS and no matter what I did, including clearing the CMOS, I couldn't get the Gigabyte splash screen to appear. I ended up taking the videocard out and disconnecting the harddrives and trying to go off the integrated graphics with no luch. However, once I plugged the card and harddrives back in the splash screen magically reappeared and everything worked fine since then. Now tonight, I go to restart to lower my voltage in the BIOS and the same issue has reappeared. It doesn't make sense. I didn't change any settings, didn't enable fast boot. The same problem is back and I have no idea why. My system has run perfectly for the last 2 weeks, not a single crash or BsoD. I'm at a loss as I really felt like I finally had it stable. I've messaged Gigabyte directly and they seem pretty clueless and give me some standardized answers. Any advice?

I actually do have MCE disabled at the moment. Doesn't seem to make a difference.

Hey all, new to the forum and figured I'd try get solve an issue with a new build I'm having. -Intel 9900k-Gigabyte Designare 390-16gb 3200mhz RAM-EVGA 650w Gold PSU-Noctual DH15s *see attached HWiNFO screenshot*Am I seeing this correctly? I built this system last week and it was boosting up to 5ghz on all cores right off the bat, only occasionally dipping to 4.7 on all cores. Default voltage set to auto is going up to 1.35 resulting in temps in the high 80's. Only thing I've touched is XMP profile which is turned on. Everything else is auto. I bought the 9900k to eventually dabble in overclocking, but with it being seemingly stock OC'd I feel like I have to dive in headfirst just to get my system stable. I'm just confused why my system is boosting to 5ghz on all cores, when it's supposed to only boost on 1 core, correct? I have reset the CMOS as well and it still defaults to this. I manually set the VCore to 1.275 which helped the temps a lot, but at the expense of system stability. I've gotten "IRQL LESS THAN EQUAL" playing specifically BFV and Anthem. From what I can gather, this is a result of an unstable overclock and possibly VRDroop. So I feel like I have to choose between system stability and safe temperatures. This can't be normal. EDIT* MCE is also disabled, no change in behavior from what I can see
