  1. Hmm.. 1000W is too much i know that, but I dont really want to sell it.. Currently i have a ryzen 5 2600 and a ASUS Strix Vega 64. As you have the Meshify C, do you think it might somehow still fit? How much space is there for PSU + cables? From measuring with a ruler on my screen (lol), it might me about 220mm, which would result in 30 mm left for cables... with a little bending it could work?!
  2. I got a good deal on a BeQuiet Dark Power Pro 11 1000W and didnt think about the length... On the product page the supported PSU length is only 160mm.
  3. I recently upgraded my PC and after ~6 years it is also time for a new case. Many of the new cases have so much space in the front and as I am not going to watercool all the space will stay empty and wasted. That's why i am looking for a more compact design. I like the Meshify C, but I have read that my PSU won't fit ): limiting factors: - PSU length: 190 mm - GPU length: 310 mm - 1-2 SSD 2.5" - 1-2 HDD 3.5" I would be very happy if you can recommend me some cases. Budget 80-150€
  4. Well, I do not know why you believe you need 32Gb ob RAM for gaming and also no one forces you to buy a 100$ AIO watercooler. You can easily get a good upgrade for ~600$ or like 570$ if you use your current cpu cooler. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3JPbyf Not saying that it is a great deal, but you sure do not HAVE to spend 800$ to get a i7 Kaby Lake.
  5. Hey can you tell me why a 3rd gen i7 (e.g. 3770K) would not bottleneck, while the 3570K does? Considering the clock speed is about the same, hyper threading is not helping that much in games and the two chips are based on the same architecture. I am currently in a similar situation, I have a i5-3570K@4.3Ghz and a R9 Fury X. I am thinking that the i5 might bottleneck in cpu heavy games, but I do not know if a 3770K would solve the issue or if I would need to upgrade to an i7-7700K or Ryzen. Edit: I play in 1440p.
  6. right now a have the Fury X from AMD, not bad, but who does not want a free gpu ?!
  7. I am running a 1440p monitor with a GTX 670 FTW with 2 GB VRAM. Also playing games like GTA 5 etc. on high-ish settings (~60 FPS). No of course I can not max out every setting, but that is also not needed. If you think you need to max out every setting to make the game look good, I have bad news for you.
  8. CPU: i5- 3570K @4.2GHz GPU: GTX 670 @ 1200MHz RAM: 8GB @1600MHz
  9. you're goddamn right! Thank you, but do you think the 390 is worth the extra price over a 380X? She will play in 1080p, i should have said that earlier ^^
  10. So you all seem to agree that AMD CPU is not an option, right?
  11. No thats not right, as mentioned above this mobo uses ddr3. but i will take a different mobo and use ddr4
  12. But dual chanel ram is better, right? i have thought about using the stock cooler..
