Which should I choose ? RX 570 or 580 or 1650 Super

i would recommend go for the 1650 super as it has great performance and great drivers unlike AMD has also good performance but bad drivers and may cause issues and in the future definetly upgrade your cpu,mobo and ram of course -

so im wondering now what cooler is the best for the i7-8700 ive read that the cryorig h7 is good and so is the hyper 212 but the 212 wont fit in my case do you recommend any other coolers than the h7?

so im getting the i7-9700k with a 1070 or potentially a 1070 ti depending on the power usage im wondering how much power does it need? i currently have a 500w from fractal design none 80+ certified. it was gifted to me from a friend he had bought it as a gift
