Help! My USB External HDD (Seagate Backup Plus Hub 6TB) is powering on but not showing up on file explorer or disk management.
What can I do?
I can also hear the noise that Windows makes when plugging USB in when I plug that HDD in.
Update: It took 4 restarts and 3 different USB ports for the drive to be recognized

I am going to buy a Ryzen CPU. Should I choose the 2600 or 2700? (both non-X)
I'd prefer not to buy the 2700X because it's sold at around 100 more euros than the 2700 where I live.
I am going to overclock whichever CPU I'll choose with a custom loop.
I'd say you should wait for the new Ryzen CPU's to launch in July, see their performance, and if you decide not to go with that, then the 2nd gen Ryzen would get price cut.
