Help! My USB External HDD (Seagate Backup Plus Hub 6TB) is powering on but not showing up on file explorer or disk management. What can I do? I'd go with Vega 56 as it's stronger than both the 2060 and 1660 Ti according to Userbenchmark.

I'd say you should wait for the new Ryzen CPU's to launch in July, see their performance, and if you decide not to go with that, then the 2nd gen Ryzen would get price cut.

Unless you absolutely can't wait for Ryzen 3000, I think that the i5 9600k would be a better upgrade.
