    Help! My USB External HDD (Seagate Backup Plus Hub 6TB) is powering on but not showing up on file explorer or disk management. What can I do? I can also hear the noise that Windows makes when plugging USB in when I plug that HDD in. Update: It took 4 restarts and 3 different USB ports for the drive to be recognized
