  1. So I tried just having it plugged into my motherboard but it didn't even light up. The first boot, the light strip was rainbow and looked great but then I pressed the C button and haven't been able to get it back to normal since. Not really sure what to do haha. I'm not even sure the RGB on the motherboard works at this point as it didn't light up the other device plugged into it either.
  2. My case light bar at the front works perfectly if I want one static colour using the C button. However, I've got it plugged into one of the ARGB headers on my motherboard and I'm trying to use the M button to change the light mode but nothing is happening. If I hold the C button down for 3 seconds, the light turns off as expected but pressing the M button does nothing when it should turn it back on according to Lian Li's site. What am I missing? Thanks
  3. I don't know what I've done. I haven't installed anything recently. But my keyboard shortcuts for things like my discord toggle mute (CTRL + SHIFT + =) isn't working. Neither are any of my NVIDIA Overlay keybinds apart from ALT-Z to open the overlay. I don't really know what steps to take to troubleshoot this issue. Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks.
  4. Woah, that's a brilliant piece of software. Thanks for sharing. Looks like my ping to ISP (First hop) is anywhere from 8.3 - 26.3ms. I guess that is to be expected on FTTC? It's weird that my connection used to be a whole lot better. I wonder what happened in the past few weeks.
  5. Thanks. I managed to fix the boot time issue. cFosSpeed was the culprit. Now it connects right away. I'll try that. Got a few people using the internet in my household right now so i'll have to do it later. Thanks
  6. That's just the way windows does it i'm afraid. Happens to me too. I don't think that there is a solution i'm afraid, seems like it's windows default behaviour.
  7. Sorry if this is the wrong subject. I've recently been having two issues with my network. Firstly. I've been getting higher latency to Rocket League Servers than I used to get. So I used to get 16-24 on most servers and even 12 on some. Now the lowest I'm getting is around 19 which is rare. Mostly I get 26-28 or 37-42. Secondly, and i'm wondering if this is related. My PC takes an average of 35 seconds after boot time to connect to ethernet. Is this a driver issue? I tried uninstalling the realtek driver and using windows default driver which had no effect. Another thing to add. Regarding the first issue. I've tested ping times to other addresses too including 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 which have both increased from average of 10ms to around 18ms with highs in the 30s. I also did a bunch of traceroutes to above servers and I've found that the first hop to my isp (Virgin Media) is the one that fluctuates the most. I don't know if this is their issue or mine, as in something's wrong with my router but it's only been happening for the past 3 weeks.
  8. Don't know what fixed it, but it's all working fine now. Thanks very much
  9. Okay, I'll try that. Will It matter not having the cooler on it?
  10. I built a PC this morning. Parts are: Ryzen 9 7900x Asus Strix X670e-a gaming wifi 2 x 16GB DDR5 @ 5200MHZ 700W PSU (Not my build so I don't know the exact model but I can confirm that it does work as it worked fine in the system it was powering before.) Corsair H100i 240mm WD SN850x 1TB GTX 1050 ti. I'm sure i've connected everything. The motherboard lights turn on when I switch on the PSU but it doesn't actually turn on. I just get nothing. No Mobo LEDs, no fans. Going to take the mobo out of the case and test later. But what else could I try?
  11. I don't believe you should have any issues. Reason for this is because you can have Plex have read-only access to the data on your disks. Shouldn't be an issue at all so I wouldn't worry. Also, what made you switch from Plex? Just generally curious
  12. Sorry to be a pain but where do they say that I can return it? I live in the UK.
  13. There were no previously installed chipset drivers on the system and I used DDU to get rid of the default Nvidia driver windows installs on setup and then installed the newer one.
  14. So the spec for the GPU I have says 650W is all that is needed so I got the 650W PSU. Should I maybe get an 850W Corsair as they are more reliable. I did chose my current on from the PSU tier list. How could I find out which hardware is failing if it is? I have previously overclocked the system but now I think the only OC that is applied is the AMD Game Mode. Memory is brand new so I'm hoping that isn't it. BIOS is the latest version. I've had this issue over multiple installs of windows. I did a scan, couldn't find any corruption. All the drivers I installed were from the website for the specific part of the system.
  15. Hi There. I've had this issue for a while where my PC would crash in the middle of games causing my pc to fully reboot itself. What happens is, I'll be in the middle of a game, I've seen it happen in Rocket League and also now SnowRunner, and then the screen will randomly lose all graphics. It then shows these weird colours on a black screen and then the PC reboots itself. My specs are MSI RTX 3060 Ti Gaming X Trio, 32GB Corsair Vengeance 3600 CL16 RAM, Ryzen 5 3600, MSI B550 Gaming Carbon WiFi and a Sharkoon Cool Zero Silent Storm 650W PSU. I've had an issue similar to this where the games would crash for about a minute before restoring but then I would have weird input lag requiring me to restart the game I was in. I thought that this was my controller so I plugged my controller into my monitors powered USB hub which I believe to have fixed that issue. Right now I'm getting the Kernel-Power 41 error reported in event viewer under system events as a critical event. The time matches up to roughly the same time the crashes happen. It's only recently started actually crashing the whole PC, about the past 2 months. The things I've tried to far are installing New Ram and I rolled back to Windows 11 Version 22H1. The things I'm considering next are to re-reseat the CPU, Re-seat the GPU, possibly replace the PSU or motherboard. I'm also considering reflashing the GPU V-Bios as I remember having issues updating it in the past so I figure maybe it's slightly corrupt. One last thing to mention is that this issue only happens in Windows. I've stress tested my PC using Arch Linux for 2 hours without any sight of this crash which usually happens before 2 hours. I really don't know what else to try. I have no clue what's causing it. Please could someone advice on what steps I could take to find out or what I should do to fix. Thanks.
  16. Hmmmm. I ordered the kit I sent this morning, I'm hoping it'll be okay. But if not then I'll get a kit of the QVL. Appreciate your help more that you can imagine tho. Here's me thinking it was a CPU issue
  17. I'm expecting my new RAM tomorrow. If that doesn't work, I'll be sure to give this a go next. Thanks very much.
  18. I'm looking at these. Corsair Vengeance RGB RT 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz C16 Desktop Memory (Dynamic RGB Lighting, Optimised for AMD 300/400/500 Series, Compatible with Intel 300/400/500 Series) Black https://amzn.eu/d/4FI2Hi4 It's not on that list however it is AMD Optimized. Will that be okay?
  19. Thanks, it isn't a supported model so maybe I should find a new kit
