  1. Would you guys say that the DT 770's have a similar sound to the M40X?
  2. Based on a sound test, i think the akg k371 are a bit muddy, not a big fan. The HD58x and HE4xx are a bit too much out of my price range, but the DT 770 seem pretty good though, but is the a difference in sound between the 80 and 250ohm varients? yeah i would probably pick the M40X out of the two then im no audio proffesional, but wouldnt imaging be more important for gaming, specificaly pinpointing sounds, in competitive games. i understand a good soundstage makes you actualy feel like you are there for when your just enjoying a game, right? like i said though, im no pro so could be wrong. yeah comfort is very important to me so i will consider that.
  3. i cant see a difference other than the price and the backlit keyboard. although they're website isnt very clear/layed out well. unless maybe size or thickness is different then i dont think there is much of a difference.
  4. So, i have a pair of Cloud Alphas, and a friend who would be interested in buying them, i was thinking about selling them for a pair of ATH-M40X or M50X, so i wanted to know from anyone who has experience with these headphones, is the switch worth it, or should i stay with the Alphas? and if you think i should switch, should i get the 40s or the 50s? I like some punchy but not overpowering bass. Clear highs, which i feel like the Alphas are lacking a bit. Also, i dont care about the lack of a built in mic on the Audio Technicas because i have a seperate mic setup.
  5. HWMonitor also says the GPU got to 55% on the GPU and only 16% Mem.
  6. Just spent a few mins flying around the map, CPUID HWMonitor says the max usage the processor got to was 34%, but CPU #11 (it goes from #0 to #11) got to 90%, being the highest thread usage by nearly double the next highest. Yeah, its minecraft, i understand its not that important but being used to 144 and then getting 40, its a bit annoying. i was also worried i had a hardware problem...
  7. so in this game im playing (totaly not minecraft ) when i i am playing i get around 40-70fps, and according to MSI afterburner i am not fully utising the card, it is overclocked to 1400MHz GPU and 2140MHz Mem, but i am getting 400 GPU and still 2140 mem. the wierdest thing is tho, as soon as i look at the ground (the easiest thing to render) the GPU clock Soots to 1400 and i get 500-700fps, like what? If you know of anything that could be causing this plz tell me, just so u know the card is a MSI 580 OC and ive got a factory r2600 CPU, Ram usage is around 40% of the allocated 2GB, i have more to give but dont know how to ? also in other games like The Crew 2, Fortnite and Apex legends It can keep 144fps nice and steady on med-max settings. Thanks.
  8. I have a Huawei P20 Lite and I've had it for over half a year now, a month after I got it it dropped out my pocket and smashed quite badly, It was annoying but I got used to it and had no problems, a couple months later a very, very faint dimming began to happen around most of the cracks but its barely even noticeable so I assumed there was just a little bit of pressure round the cracks, no big deal. But today I noticed a purple mark about a cm long in between my G key and my V key on the keyboard, I thought nothing of it and moved on, a couple hours later I was watching a video and I saw the mark again but it was even longer, about 2cm, I came out of the video to see if it was still there and it vanished, after experimenting a little more I found it only shows on black/dark objects, but its gone on white, it's really weird, if anyone knows how to help plz do, I'm happy to answer questions.
  9. so im trying out editing a video in davinci resolve, and i was adding my 3rd and 4th sound effects, all my sound FX are in the .wav format, and ive added 2 already (im just tring to add to the timeline) but when i try to drag them to the timeline i just get the like stop thing next to my mouse, ive messed about with it for about 20mins and one of the things i tried was using one of my old sound FX in .mp4 (with video, just a thumbnail thing though) and they go in fine, so i tried making a copy of one of the .wav files and saving it as .mp3 but now that wont even import..... plz help.
