Nice Photo. Look that the Eys of the Subject are allways in Focus, when you shot Wild Life or Protrait. But you did a pretty nice job in this as well.

That GPU doesn't fit in that case (without jank-ery), and the included PSU doesn't have a PCIe 6/8-pin.

The Optiplex you listed is a SFF machine, and the 1650 Super you linked will not fit in it.

So to recap from what everyone is saying:
1.single channel ram is bad (get two sticks) and yes, you yourself will notice an fps drop if you put it in your own system.
2. uninstall bad drivers and install the lastest from NVIDIA'S website.
3. grab a beer
4. profit

did you uninstall the old drivers with ddu and install the new 1050ti ones?
