For about 4 weeks now every time I start up my PC, I hear what sounds like a cable brushing up against a fan. But it did not happen when I first built the PC about 6ish months ago. All new parts except for the storage drives, ram, and the GPUs. I've had things like this this happen before, and it hasn't been too hard to locate wich cable is touching a fan. But not this time. I have 3 case fans, one in the back, 2 in the front. 2 fans on my CPU cooler, one of wich is completely covered by the headsync. I have 2 fans on 2 graphics cards each. And I have one fan on my power supply. As far as I can tell none of those fans are blocked. After a minute or so, the sound goes away. Usually lining up with when my PC gets booted into windows, but that may just be a coincidence. As far as I can tell my computer's temps are completely normal. It sometimes happens, and sometimes it doesn't. My guess is that depends on the ambient temperature of the room. Wich does vary greatly at times. Anywhere from roughly high 60's to low 80's at the extreme (Fahrenheit)

Does anyone have any idea of what could be causing that sound and how I can find it?
