Deepcool DQ-M: Great, looks like this, don't confuse with DQ-M-V2L which is mediocre.
Antec BP750: Never even heard of this model, probably very old. Stay away.
Raidmax: Seems to be mediocre, same place as DQ-M-V2L
Huntkey MVP-K: Decent.
Inwin P75: Seems good for the tech sheet. No reviews though, so can't say if it's good or not.
Antec EAG EVO: China only PSU, so probably group-reg trash
Segotep GP-P: Decent, better than Huntkey

Yes, it will 99.999% boot at 3600MHz. If it doesn’t, a small bit of manual tweaking will. 

Really??? I didn't know that. I've watched the Linus vid where it was announced that B450 boards were not supported for zen 3. This would be amazing news to me tbh 

2600 then, it's faster per core which is what really matters

3600 CL18 is equal to 10 nanoseconds while 3600 CL17 is equal to 9.4444444 seconds. Since this is only a difference of a point something nano seconds, it makes no difference in the real world tbh. Go with the cheaper one. 

If it can't detect any cable in any way, then pretty much yea it's dead. But try reinstalling or updating the drivers just to make sure.
Well either way, you can always buy an external LAN network or a wifi adapter.

I have had bad experiences with a sapphire radeon RX570... But I gotta admit, sapphire is one of the best brands when it comes to AMD GPUs and yes, that would be good for gaming.

If it's due to overheating then try to replace the thermal paste inside the GPU.

A400. Best budget option. There is of course, a difference from the Samsung EVO since it is a more premium SSD, but for me, A400 is already great.

I'll see what I can do then. Thank you, though! I'll look into using tapes or wires or something of the like for the HDDs...

If you are running at 1080p or 1440p you need anti analysing and without ENB or Reshade you can't control depth of field. 
 
If you have not already, drop shadow quality and distance to medium and godrays to low. Screen space ambient occlusion causes the ugly shadows on characters so you can get rid of that as well. I also don't use lens flare.

Yea my choices here in the Philippines are 650VA then 1000VA then 1500VA then 2000VA then 3000VA so I guess the 1000VA isalready enough for what I need. Hehe. Thanks sir!

I'm going based off what I read above. You said it goes from 650VA to 1000VA and I wouldn't get a 650 to run everything that you want so the 1000VA seems like the best choice.. It should be able to handle and do exactly what you're looking for.. If you have a power outage it should shut your PC off on its own after it runs out of power without damaging anything.. 

They did replace it. Which is good.
