Ok guys I listened to the feedback and the computer finally booted,posted and detected the sticks much thanks

Hi so I have a Dell Optiplex 320(the slim version)That I'm trying to upgrade to 4GB of Ram,but when I insert the two sticks the computer neither posts nor does it boot,All help is appreciated :)
