  1. I’m still willing to pay for the extra 1,000 watt peak and 13hz range. Overpriced perhaps, but I appreciate the subwoofer none the less.
  2. The rms is 300 more. The peak is 1,000 more. I see your point but I also see the point of someone who at the already high cost just wants to squeeze out as much as possible so here I am.
  3. Thanks for all the help on this subject, I was really concerned it could be an issue. I’ll have to look into subwoofer spikes, do the svs subs have spikes on them already? I am going with one 16 ultra because down the road I am getting another one.
  4. interesting didn’t know all that. I assume modern TVs aren’t as susceptible to damage from magnets. I have an acer 240hz monitor I wonder if that could get damaged by a magnet, not going to test though haha.
  5. Appreciate your response! Haha I am really surprised you were able to fix the tv with more magnets I didn’t know that was a thing. I am familiar with magnets being potentially harmful to electronics but as you assumed the subwoofer is shielded. A strong magnet won’t even stick to the subwoofer.
  6. Hi Alatron I appreciate the response, I have 4 noctua fans installed with those rubber anti-vibration mounts. May I ask how it would potentially harm the fans?
  7. Hi everyone, I will be getting a SVS PB16 ultra subwoofer which puts out 1,500 watts RMS and 5,000 watts peak. Space is somewhat limited so I will have it about 5 feet from the computer. I am only using a SSD, will this be unhealthy for the pc? Thanks
