  1. Good day, i'am new to the forums, and i have a problem with my graphics card. Sorry for my bad english. So i ordered a graphics card rx560 4gb Asrock phantom gaming which has a problem. The things when arrives, i test it on my system with specs: Motherboard: x370 gaming x Cpu: ryzen 5 2600 Ram: 32gb corsair Windows 10 20h2. My motherboard has a dr error code and the code says "b2" when i try to put the gpu in. The gpu back is heating up and fan still spins. But whenever the system try to boot into windows that has amd driver installed, it immediately bsod "thread stuck in device driver" so i DDU all amd driver and I try to check it via device manager with a display output secondary gpu r7 240 1gb from powercolor. When i got into windows, in the device manager, it says that the rx 560 has an error code 31, which meant anything. So here is the method i have use: - Re flash all asrock vendor and some sapphire bios from tech powerup with the correct memory size (4gb) and vendor (micron), using atiflash via cmd (admin) and dos method. - DDU every display driver. - Try to clean the gpu board itself with rexco 40 contact cleaner and dry it with hair dryer to make sure everything dry. - Check every component on the gpu board itself to see if there's anything knocked or missing based on this image - Change paste. My question: 1. If bios chip is bad, does it still be able to successfully flashed a rom file from a atiflash cmd command or dos? 2. If chip does go bad is it possible to just change it with any other vbios chip? I have a dead rx480 but i don't know if the vbios chip is still good. 3. Is there any other components to look for other than the bios chip? Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm still new to diagnosing a gpu And here is some attachment from gpu z and device manager and the bsod. I really appreciate the help and suggestions.
