Vega, then undervolting. You'll be able to fine-tune it to get ~200w power consumption at loads with less heat generated, WITHOUT affecting performance-speed.

YT or search for "Vega undervolt overclock" or such. If tweaked, V56 is a very capable card with good power profile.

This sapphire pulse vega 56 has been very cheap in most countries in the past week, that's the one you want to be getting, it's a good cooler and cheaper than the cheapest 2060:

Vega 56 over 1070 anyday, unless price different is huge.

Oh okay I just read the title, yeah go for RTX 2060 instead, unless you can find the Vega 56 for cheaper

vengeance silver is acually the psu that should've replaced the cxm, but it flopped a little. it's a pretty decent one, but the pure power 11 is better

h500 isn't that good for the price anymore

mx500 is better than the bx500 because of a dram cache (i have a mx500 myself)

vega 56 and 64 are great cards, they need a solid psu, but can rock hard with one

its roughly 7-15% faster overall and in general performs better in more modern titles.
i didnt like the PSU much, but other than that it was fine.
