    Hasn't helped installed different drivers.

    I will try go back to like a November driver update to see if that helps, because it's been happening for a while not just the last few driver updates.

    Basically, I have had an issue with my PC for a while now when I move a window or when I load up the windows, or when I play games I get bad lag and my whole computer starts freezing. When I powermaxe'd my cpu the first core did go to a 100% it happens even when I am not gaming, when I move a window it stutters or when i try open something it stutters.
