Hi, my 3700X is stuck at 3.6ghz. I'm assuming that I've just not correctly set up the bios. I dualboot Ubuntu 20.04 and win 10. In windows taskmanager it is show 3.58-3.60ghz all the time. I am using the Ryzen balanced power plan, with the power slider thing set on best performance. Im on version 2004. On Ubuntu it is running between ~2ghz up to 3.6, but never going higher than that, which leads me to think it must be something in the bios. I have tried all sorts of bios settings to try and get it working (enabling pbo, various combinations of Asus's ai overclocking junk, nothing works)
Any help would be greatly appreciated, or if someone has the same motherboard could they share what they changed from the defaults?
Thanks
