evga gq and gd whats the difference other than modularity? because i can get a used 850GQ for 10$ more than new 450GD

does evga 450 gd does that too? because i never bothered by a loud fan. but im suffered when theres an old phone charger plugged in next room because i can hear the very high pitched noise while others mostly wont notice.

yes i mean 2700x and rx 580 are worst case scenario. "decent PSUs should have no issue outputting 100% of the power 24/7." so even rtx 2080 + i9 9900k which consume about 420ish watt should be fine for evga 450GD?

2700x=105w rx 580 oc'ed=235w 5fan and 2 hdd = 40w total=380w , which means it give 85% load at the psu, it is fine for the long term?

if i upgrade to something like 2700x + rtx 2060 it should still has some room for oc right?
