  1. It was an example from TrackMania 2, CS:GO and Overwatch. I can block fps at 60 but stutter still happens, no matter of the settings in game. I've had Be Quiet only for testing purposes for a couple of days.
  2. 120 FPS in CS:GO without problems at 1080p, on SURF map you can easily have 600 FPS so I don't understand your amazement ?
  3. Hi, I've built myself PC and from the beginning i can see stuttering and fps drops in every game (tested on GTA:V, CS:GO, NFS:Payback, BFV, COD:BO4 and many more). For example: I have FPS blocked at 120; stutter randomly happens and FPS drops by 1 or 2 sometimes by more. I've changed between this hardware using all the combinations: CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 | Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 RAM: 8GB 2Rx8 PC3 12800U | 8GB 2Rx8 PC3 12800U | 8GB 2Rx8 PC3 12800 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB | No GPU Disk Drives: ADATA SU650 | LiteON MU 3 | WD HDD MotherBoard: ASUS B85M-G | Dell Optiplex 9010 Power: Be quiet! Straight Power 11 650W | Corsair VS550 550W OS: Windows 7 |Windows 8.1 | Windows 10 Pro | Windows 10 LTSC Peripherals: 3 different keyboards | 2 different mices (Current setup in bold) I've also used many tutorials but nothing worked for example: ISLC, CPU Core Parking, older GPU drivers, older system versions. If anyone has ideas how can I fix this issue I will be grateful.
  4. @brubru1998 Tried different keyboard and mouse too. Nothing helps.
  5. I am capping frames using in game settings or MSI + RIVIA. Stutter happens when frames drop or frames drop when there is stutter. This two things are always together. I've tested it in: CS:GO, R6:Siege, Fortnite, Rocket League, AC:Oddysey, Trackmania 2, GTA V. Every game that I run have problems, sometimes maybe even at the OS. It happens really randomly, even at main menus etc. Even when I don't have any FPS limits, stutter still happen.
  6. Hello, I have problem with stuttering and stability of FPS. No matter how low my settings are set and in which game, I can see frame drops (usually one or two) and when it happens I feel stutter too. What is more strange for me is that even if I have FPS capped at 60, 120, 200 etc. I can see it going 1 FPS above the limit (often after that or before, stutter happens). I've tested many combinations using following parts/software: Windows: 8.1 PRO / 10 PRO RAM: 12800 DDR3 / 12800U DDR3 and 8GB Single channel / 16GB Dual Channel Graphics Card: GTX 1050Ti / GTX 1060 SSD: Crucial / Adata / SanDisk and 240GB / 120GB Power: Be Quiet Straight Power 11 - 650W / Corsair VS550 - 550W CPU: Intel Core i7-3770 and another Intel Core i7-3770 and i7-4790 Motherboard: Dell Optiplex 7010 Desktop System Mainboard Motherboard / Dell Optiplex 9010 Desktop System Mainboard Motherboard and ASUS B85M-G Drivers, Bios, Windows updated. Old versions tested too. What else can I try ?
  7. Hello again, I've changed few things listed below: CPU to: i7-4790 Motherboard to: ASUS B85M-G I've updated the bios and reinstalled the system with new drivers. Right now I can feel micro stuttering in games and operating system. When the stutter happens my fps (when capped to 120) goes one below and then often one above the limit. I've tried disabling and enabling Turbo Boost but without success also the TimerTool and Standby List Cleaner doesn't work.
  8. Task Manager looks normal, I've added HWMonitor Report as attachment. Stuttering happens in every game (AC: Origins, Watch Dogs 2, Battlefield V etc.). Sometimes I think it also happens when browsing web. HWMonitor.txt
  9. Hello, Every single game I've tested (Rainbow Six: Siege, CS:GO, Rocket League and more) has stuttering problem. I can see FPS drop by 1 to 5 frames and when it happens the game is not responding for half a second. This thing happens randomly every few minutes. About the PC; I've tested many combinations using following parts/software: Windows: 8.1 PRO / 10 PRO RAM: 12800 DDR3 / 12800U DDR3 and 8GB Single channel / 16GB Dual Channel Graphics Card: GTX 1050Ti / GTX 1060 SSD: Crucial / Adata / SanDisk and 240GB / 120GB Power: Be Quiet Straight Power 11 - 650W / Corsair VS550 - 550W CPU: Intel Core i7-3770 and another Intel Core i7-3770 Motherboard: Dell Optiplex 7010 Desktop System Mainboard Motherboard / Dell Optiplex 9010 Desktop System Mainboard Motherboard I've also updated the motherboard BIOS, repasted cpu and installed the latest drivers. Nothing worked. If you have any ideas how I can fix it, please respond to the thread.
