Hey all, I'm trying to figure out how to get data off of my bootlooping zenfone laser 2 but I cant boot into usb settings and only into recovery menu. Unfortunately dr.fone and all similar data recovery apps cannot connect to my phone. I have Usb drivers for adb installed, I can get it into sideload but cant execute any commands for pushing or pulling data. I am on windows 10 and cannot get the asus website windows 7 drivers to connect my phone. I figure this is due to the usb debugging not being on, in the android settings for the device. If anyone knows any method of data retrieval that is possible without factory reset, possibly with some removal of the phone's hard drive, I would give you mad props and you would be a sick radical legend forever.

Hey guys and gals just trying to figure out a way to get the files from my broken display Iphone 4 (red and blue lines issue meaning needs a replacement part that is hard to do like 56 steps and $$), and I haven't been able to find anything using recovery software such as Apowerrescue and syncios data recovery. Is my data gone forever? it has been 4 or 5 years since this thing bricked and I've got no recovery outside of the phone itself no icloud sd card or any such niceties. Itunes and direct connecting to computer via usb show nothing. Tapping still works on this Iphone 4 so in my panic I must have hit that format files button that comes up on some iphones when they are soft bricked in an attempt to fix it, thus formatting the files. Does anyone know of any really excellent programs that can get formatted files? Much love to anyone who can help.
