  1. just a little update on the situation, i got my pc yestrerday and have been playing all my games at 4.7 GHZ with an avg temp of 45C and max temp of 65C, IDK if i got some golden chip but jeez its running MUCH better than i had hoped
  2. I have an i9-9900K processor and have paired it with the Corsair H60, will this be enough for streaming at a reasonable temperature? I don't plan on overclocking or playing any games with extremely high graphics (i always play on low settings since it feels smoother) the GPU is the RTX 2080 if it helps assess the situation
  3. Between the i9-9900k and the i7-8700k which CPU has worse temperatures?
  4. so, i should let my gpu do more work to even things out? i have a 2080 so pretty sure it can handle it, as for fps i always limit the fps to 160 as its just above my refresh rate
  5. Didnt really get to choose. The site where i bought it from was sold out on the higher tiered coolers and i needed to get it soon since my dad was willing to pay for it if it was quickly bought. Also if the motherboard doesnt run it on stock, is there a way to change it
  6. I appreciate the help. I wont be doing much things thats too heavy, i always play games and change settings to low because it feels smoother for me so hopefully it works, ill test it with the program when it comes :)
  7. I don't have it yet, its coming in 1 to 2 weeks since its custom built, I'm just asking incase it isnt good enough, then I can either adjust CPU or buy a new cooler before PC gets here, because I don't want to wait even longer.
  8. I recently bought a PC that has an i9-9900K and corsair H60 as cooler, I'm scared that the cooler wont be able to keep the CPU cool, I wont be overclocking my CPU and any tips/information is appreciated.
