    It should be actually pritty simple, if you have win 10 pro running on your machine, you could simply enable an Remote desktop connection (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17463/windows-7-connect-to-another-computer-remote-desktop-connection). Than get the official remote desktop app from the Playstore (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.rdc.android&hl=en_US) or any RDP conection app for your Phone and connect to your pc via the Network.
