I have looked at both these cases and I did find the Phanteks to be a bit large as I'm working with a tight space, the cooler master though is an option. 

Perhaps I should have posted the 400 dollar build recommended, is it worth upgrading to the Ryzen 3 2200G vs the Athlon 200GE? Thanks.

I will be using the Meshify C case for my new build- Does anyone have experience in what the best fan setup would be in addition to what fans? I've read a lot about creating negative pressure in the case so it doesn't get dusty, any input on this would be helpful.
